		<description>I look forward to reading what you find. I\&#039;m sure that everyone can definitely relate to this if they\&#039;ve done SEO, but it\&#039;s cool that you\&#039;re taking the time to document and share your findings. 

I haven\&#039;t been in the same exact situation (yet), but I usually find that a couple of words that I\&#039;m targeting will drop 100+ for a couple of weeks before averaging out somewhere (towards the highest ranking its been at, usually)

		<description>Nice Post! Its always good to be a White Hat SEO. White hat SEO&#039;s get long term results and make their clients happy. Just be sure to inform your clients not to use rank checkers on their own website. I had one use one and he lowered his rankings somewhat.</description>
